International trademark Class

What are trademark classes?
A trademark Class is a group of products and services grouped in terms of application, functionality and use. Internationally accepted, this Class is used in many countries indluding the United States and Mexico.

If your products and services belong to more than one Class, we suggest you register your trademark in as many classes as necessary. E.g. if you are a graphic designer, but you are also a teacher or a design consultant, your trademark should be registered in classes 41 (Professional Design Services) and 42 (Education and Teaching).

On this page you will find the complete 45-trademark classes´ list. Classes 1 to 34 refer to products, and classes 35 to 45 refer to services. We offer you this information so you can have an idea of how trademarks are classified. For your convenience we  professionally classify your trademark based on the information you provide us.
